The structure
Logika Control boasts a modern and functional structure, with a total area of 4,000 square meters, including 500 square meters dedicated to offices. This organization makes it possible to optimize processes between technical, production, logistics and quality control areas, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

In the same year, Plastic Division is also born, a new area dedicated to development of plastic solutions and components for the industrial sector. New design, new range, new refrigeration solutions
At Refrigera 2025, Logika Control presents the new Logik Frigo range, which introduces a completely revamped design and a more intuitive user interface for immediate control of operating parameters.
The line comes in two versions:
Logik Frigo Touch, equipped with a modern and intuitive interface designed to simplify use and provide quick access to key parameters;
Logik Frigo Tronik, che integra la connettività con la piattaforma LogikaCloud per il monitoraggio e la gestione da remoto di frigoriferi e impianti, offrendo vantaggi concreti in termini di efficienza, manutenzione predittiva e continuità operativa.

In 2024 we celebrate 30 years of activity, an achievement that reflects three decades of commitment, innovation and steady growth. To mark this milestone, the company made a major transformation, expanding the production area and offices from 2,000 square meters to 5,000 square meters, supporting a turnover that reaches the 10,000,000 and optimized production of 400,000 ballots per year.
With an expanding team consisting of 50 employees, of which 15 in the research and development department we I also love an organizational breakthrough, with the introduction of a new management structure designed to effectively meet the challenges of an ever-changing market. In addition, to best represent this new phase in our history, we have launched a new logo, a symbol of our renewed identity and our look to the future.

The year 2021 was a year of great transformation, marked by important innovations that strengthened our commitment to innovation. We inaugurated the new research and development offices in Bologna, a space designed to nurture the creativity and collaboration of our R&D team, where the technological solutions that drive the future of automation are born.
In parallel, we present our new corporate identity, a rebranding that reflects the company's growth path. This rebranding was celebrated with our first digital event, "Touch the Innovation", an opportunity to share our vision and achievements with customers and partners around the world.
To crown this revolutionary year, we inaugurate the Logika Innovation Lab, a virtual environment that brings together all the energy and efforts made to continue on our path of innovation. Path that projects customers into a space rich in content, 3D images and videos, useful in the installation and configuration phases of our products.

In this year, we launch the new Logik Tronik series, designed to deliver superior performance and meet the needs of an increasingly interconnected market. With the launch of the first branded products we consolidate our expertise and present ourselves to the market with a clear and recognizable identity. Our name begins to become synonymous with quality and reliability.
In the same year, we participate for the first time in theHannover Messe, one of the world's most prestigious exhibitions in the field of automation and industrial technology. This event provided us with an outstanding showcase to raise awareness of our brand and to forge new partnerships in the international arena. We are presenting our Logik series dedicated to the control and management of screw compressors for the production of compressed air for industrial use.
New Headquarters in Nova Milanese
A new structure to grow together
We inaugurate our new headquarters in Nova Milanese, an important milestone that reflects the company's rapid and steady growth. With a production area of as much as 2,000 square meters, the new structure has enabled us to expand our operational capabilities and meet the increasingly ambitious needs of the market.
The team, which has grown to 20 employees, benefited from new space and state-of-the-art technology in the production department, which contributed to the achievement of a turnover of 3,500,000 euros.
This new location represents not only a logistical change, but the symbol of a company in full evolution, ready to look to the future with enthusiasm and determination.

The Origins
A small space, big ambitions
Our story begins with a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to innovation. In a production area of 800 square meters, the first team of only 9 employees laid the foundation of the company, building our success day after day.
With an initial turnover of 1,300,000 euros, the first activities focused on the design and production of custom electronic boards for the HVAC sector, designed specifically for the O.E.M. market.
Trade associations
We strongly believe in the spirit of association and maintain a close relationship with institutions and trade associations to actively contribute to Industry development. Since our foundation, we have been members of Confindustria and join the ANIE Federation (National Association of Electrical and Electronic Industries), which represents more than 1,400 companies and covers about 86% of electrotechnical and electronics market. Our membership extends to ANIE Automation, a reference point for technologies in factory, process and network automation, and to ANIE Components, which brings together manufacturers of active and passive electronic components. We are associated with Assolombarda to support local growth initiatives and industrial development of the territory and we are, in addition, proud to maintain an ongoing dialogue with the academic world to promote innovation and knowledge.
