We are the benchmark for manufacturing, assembly and testing of power electronic boards, offering comprehensive and highly specialized solutions. Our excellence is based on a 'constant attention to quality, guaranteed by continuing education, all-Italian workforce and a strict internal control on every stage of the production process. We collaborate with manufacturers of power supplies and UPS, operating in strategic and critical areas such as telecommunications and data centers, where thereliability and the performance of products are essential. Our electronic boards guarantee a stable and secure energy supply, essential for applications where the business continuity cannot be compromised.

Production and Logistics Area

We produce annually about 400,000 electronic boards, of which 97% designed in-house.
All production cycles are managed through state-of-the-art production lines, located at the headquarters in Nova Milanese (MB) on an area of 3,500.

We have:

SMD automatic lines complete with screen printing machines
Remelting furnaces
Lead-free welding systems, also selective
Boards painting systems To ensure optimal protection
Vertical carousel warehouses for optimal component management

In addition, we manage the handling of materials Moisture Sensitive materials through the use of automated warehouses, and all procedures and environments are ESD compliant (Electrostatic Discharge).
Thanks to these advanced technologies, we are able to guarantee an excellent level of quality and reliability.

Testing and Quality

To ensure the maximum reliability and respect for the high quality standards, the Testing Department performs a functional check on each individual board, ensuring 100%.

Inspection and testing procedures include:

3D Optical Inspection
In-circuit testing by flying probe (Spea 4060)
Functional testing with needle beds

Automated testing, managed with dedicated software, ensure the maximum efficiency.
